Well-Preserved specializes in the inspection of buildings constructed prior to 1950, and puts particular emphasis on the structural integrity and stability of the property. Standard inspections will include a general conditions assessment of the building’s wiring, plumbing and systems. Clients may request a structure-only inspection.
